-File->Info->Protect WorkBook to lock the excel sheet

-File->Share->Email

compatible with office 2007/10..etc.
-File->Check for issues->check compatibility


Tab to go to next column.
Enter to go to next row.
Alt + Enter to enter a new line in the same column.
Ctrl+ END for ending of sheet
CTRL+HOME for beginning of sheet

CTRL+ Ri8 Nav-> last-cell of the current row

ctrl+ g : enter cell-name like A1 to focus first cell
ctrl +f : for finding entered text and also for replacing the content


create New sheet: Ri8Click->Insert (SHIFT + F11)
copy as picture: Home->copy ->copy as picture

Review ➪ Spelling or press F7 : spell checker

Insert » Symbols » Symbol to insert available symbols
Insert » Symbols » Special Characters

Right click-> inert comment  (or) SHIFT + F2 OR  (we can format comment text by selecting the content)
Choose Review » Comments » New Comment : comment for particular cell and also we can edit the comment in review menu

Choose Insert » Text Box » choose text box or draw it.
(we can also format this text box)

 (While merging discards the data of second cell)
